St. John’s Higher Secondary school, Chapda is run by Catholic Diocese of Indore. St. John’s H.S. School, Chapda is Co-Ed English medium school. It abides by the rules and regulations of the Education Commission of the Catholic Diocese of Indore. It was founded under the guidance of its former president Late Most Rev. Dr. G.M. Anathil SVD, former Bishop of Catholic Diocese of Indore, then it was guided by Most Rev Bp Chacko Thottumarickal SVD (2008 to 2024) and Most Rev Thomas Mathew (Bishop of Indore Diocese) is the president of the school from 2024 onwards. The school was established in 2002 by its first manager Rev. Fr. John Thundiyil, with a strong conviction for the educational development of the surrounding locality.  The management and staff are committed and determined to impart better quality and value based education coupled with strict discipline, caring , friendly, and secure learning environment to the young citizens for the integrated holistic growth. Rev Frs Xavier Kuttenchalil SVD, Ajit Kumar, Jollichan  Prakash, Patrick Joseph have been the managers in the previous years. Rev. Fr. Sony Antony is the manager at present (2024 onwards). St. John’s H.S. School is a co-ed school. It is open for both boys and girls.
